Through the demo request form, the following personal data is collected:
- First and last name
- Company name and job title
- Professional email address
- Phone number
- Project information (number of terminals, model, notes)
- IP address, user-agent and referrer
- GDPR consent and marketing consent

- Demo request management — Art. 6.1.b GDPR
- Marketing communications — Art. 6.1.a GDPR, revocable
- Technical security — Art. 6.1.f GDPR
- Tax compliance — Art. 6.1.c GDPR
4. Retention
Up to 24 months for pre-contractual purposes; 10 years for tax purposes; 12 months for technical logs.
5. Recipients
Authorised Sun Tech Srl staff and processors under Art. 28 GDPR. No commercial transfer to third parties.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Data hosted on SiteGround (EU servers). Occasional transfers with adequate safeguards.
7. Data Subject Rights
Arts. 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Requests to support@suntechonline.it. Complaint to the supervisory authority: www.garanteprivacy.it.
8. Cookie Policy
- Technical cookies: required for the Site to function.

All assets are served from cattura.ai. No visitor IP is recorded by external servers.
