These Terms govern the use of cattura.ai and the Cattura software distributed by Sun Tech Srl, Piazza Bernini (Bernini Center), 81031 Aversa (CE), VAT IT04842640619.
1. Subject Matter
Cattura is an app for Zebra terminals with barcode + OCR capabilities powered by the Zebra AI DataCapture SDK. Distributed as a signed APK + configuration files.
2. Licence
- Demo: 7 days, single device, evaluation only.
- Annual: 12 months per device, €135/year, renewable.
- Volume: multi-year commercial agreement for fleets.
Non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, internal use only. Redistribution, reverse engineering and decompilation are prohibited.
3. Compatibility
Requires a Zebra device with Hexagon DSP + AI DataCapture SDK: TC501, TC701, TC53, TC58, TC73, TC78, ET60, ET65, ET401, EM45.
4. Activation and Updates
Server-side activation. Updates included for the licence duration. Suntech may modify non-critical features without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property
Cattura, its logo and cattura.ai are property of Sun Tech Srl. Zebra and DataCapture SDK are trademarks of Zebra Technologies. Qualcomm/Snapdragon/Hexagon are trademarks of Qualcomm.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cattura is provided "as is". Suntech is not liable for misreads, indirect damages or data loss. Maximum liability: amount paid in the last 12 months.
8. Personal Data
Data processing: see Privacy Policy. Cattura does not transmit images: all processing is on-device.
9. Suspension
Suntech may suspend the licence for Terms violations, non-payment or unauthorised use. The customer must uninstall the software.
10. Governing Law
Italian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Santa Maria Capua Vetere, unless mandatory consumer jurisdiction applies.
11. Amendments
Material changes communicated 30 days in advance to customers with an active licence.
